We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 30-days days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at info@happypetplace.com.au with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You will be liable for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7-days days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@happypetplace.com.au and send your item to: The Happy Pet Place, 352 South Street, O’CONNOR WA 6163.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Happy Pet Place, 352 South Street, O’CONNOR WA 6163.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
