Click and Collect

    The Happy Pet Place offers the same day or next day pick up for Click and Collect orders.

    Pick up is from The Happy Pet Place, 352 South Street, O’Connor WA  6163.

    A message will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.  If you would like a contactless ‘carry to car’ collection, please contact the store once you have parked in one of the bays in front of the store. The number to call is:  6225 5005.  Please advise the staff member your name and order and we will bring the order out for you.

    Every effort will be made by the team at The Happy Pet Place for your order to be ready for collection the same day, if orders are received by 12 noon. You will receive a message once your order is ready for collection.

    Shipped Orders

    Shipped orders are offered to the Perth Metropolitan region, with every effort being made to offer next day delivery, should an order be received by us by 10am.  however, we cannot guarantee delivery times for any parcels due to circumstances outside of our control. 

    If an order is received on the weekend your order will be picked and packed on the Monday ready for a Tuesday delivery.

    If you place an order on a public holiday, your order will be picked and packed on the next ‘normal trade day’, with delivery occurring the day after (subject to courier availability).

    If your order is placed during the Christmas / New Year Period or during a time of high courier demand, we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

    Please note deliveries are not available to a Post Office Box, roadside collection or directly to a Post Office. We do not offer a delivery service where items are to be signed on delivery. Please advise us at time of order of a safe place to leave your order should you not be home. The Courier will do their best to leave your items in a safe place.

    The Happy Pet Place nor its Shipping Contractors take any responsibility for stolen items.

    Many items due to size, fragility, cold, frozen or live food are not available for shipping. We offer instore pickup or Click & Collect options for these items.

    If you would like a bulky item shipped, please contact the store directly to gain shipping costs if shipping is available to your area.

    A tracking number once provided to us via the shipping partner, will be forwarded to you.  Please ensure you provide correct phone and email address at time of order to ensure your receive shipping information.

    Delivery Charges

    A standard delivery rate of $10.00 will be charged to you and added at time of order.  We offer free delivery on orders over $99.00.

    Back Orders

    If you order an item that is out of stock, you will be notified by us during normal business hours (Monday – Friday), with information on when your product will arrive in store ready for delivery. At this time, if you are unhappy with the wait time, we will happily refund your money.

    Shipping Cost Errors

    We endeavor to ensure that our shipping cost calculator is accurate.  However, if technology fails, we will be in contact with you to advise what the correct shipping cost is, and if required will refund your order if you are unhappy with the shipping charge.
